Meet Brittney Kearse, Director of Operations with over 10 years of experience. She excels in conflict resolution, process creation, and implementation, particularly in financial services. Brittney is skilled in customer needs assessments and is dedicated to coaching and developing her team. She’s a strategic planner, aligning Sienna Spirits with our goals, and is adept at optimizing team performance. She motivates her team for peak performance and fosters strong local partnerships.
